About This Website
This website has two main sections.
The Welcome section is available to anyone and has the following:
- Links to the State-required HOA governing documents (CCRs, Bylaws, Management Certificate, etc.)
- Method to contact the Association's leadership
- Map showing our location in San Antonio, Texas
- Links to other websites that pertain to life in our area
The Members area of this Website is password protected and is for use only by the Members of our Association. In this private section, our members are able:
- to keep up with our HOA Board information, such as meetings and minutes
- to contact the Board on issues
- to access name, address, and, if available, email address and phone number for neighbors
- to find requirements for getting Architectural Control Committee approval for a home improvement project
- to see volunteer opportunities for standing committees of the Association
- to see announcements, community news, and general neighborhood information
Residents are required to "Register" and obtain their personal ID and password for accessing the protected pages of our website. (Texas Property Code, Section 209)
