Pembroke Estates is a beautiful gated community in San Antonio, Texas. Our community is situated off Babcock Road just north of the Medical Center and the University of Texas Health Science Center. We are likewise located just a short distance south of the rapidly growing University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

Pembroke Estates consists of 102 oversize properties located between Babcock Road on the east and Abe Lincoln Road on the west. Nestled among many large native trees and away from the noise of major freeways, our owners enjoy a touch of nature, while retaining proximity to places of work, dining and shopping.
